نظرتنا للخصوصية

في iiStudio نؤمن أن أعمالك ووسائطك ملك لك وحدك. صُمّم التطبيق ليعمل بالكامل على جهازك؛ وتوضّح هذه السياسة بلغة مباشرة ما يبقى على جهازك، والحالات القليلة التي تُرسَل فيها بيانات إلى خادم لتشغيل ميزة اخترتها أنت.

أعمالك تبقى على جهازك

كل عمليات التحرير والتصميم والمونتاج والكابشن والخطوط والتصدير تُنشَأ وتُحفَظ على جهازك فقط. لا يرفع iiStudio مشاريعك أو وسائطك ولا يُزامنها مع أي خادم، وتبقى نتائجك في حوزتك على الجهاز.

الحساب اختياري

يمكنك استخدام ميزات التحرير الأساسية دون تسجيل الدخول؛ إذ يمكنك تخطّي التسجيل والدخول إلى التطبيق مباشرةً. تسجيل الدخول عبر Google أو Apple اختياري، ولا يلزم إلا لميزات «برو» السحابية. عند تسجيل الدخول نستلم بريدك الإلكتروني (وقد يكون عنوان ترحيل خاصًّا من Apple إذا اخترت «إخفاء بريدي») واسمك المعروض ومُعرّف مستخدم من Firebase. تُقدّم Apple اسمك في أول تسجيل دخول فقط. تُخزَّن هذه المعلومات على جهازك وفي خدمة المصادقة Firebase (وهي خدمة من Google) لإبقائك مسجّلًا ولتفعيل ميزات «برو». يمكنك تسجيل الخروج في أي وقت.

ميزة «برو»: الكابشن والترجمة

عند استخدام مشترك «برو» المسجَّل للكابشن التلقائي أو الترجمة، يُرسَل المسار الصوتي للفيديو الذي اخترته إلى خادم المعالجة الخاص بنا ثم إلى OpenAI لإنتاج الكابشن أو الترجمة. وبدقّة: لا يُخزَّن الصوت — يُعالَج ثم يُحذَف فورًا، ويُحتفَظ فقط ببصمة تعمية (تجزئة) كمفتاح للتخزين المؤقت. أمّا نص الكابشن أو الترجمة الناتج فيُخزَّن مؤقتًا لمدة تصل إلى 30 يومًا مرتبطًا بحسابك، لغرض واحد هو تفادي إعادة معالجة الطلب نفسه؛ ولا يُباع أبدًا ولا يُستخدَم للإعلانات. ووفقًا لسياسة واجهة OpenAI البرمجية، لا تُستخدَم البيانات المُرسَلة عبرها لتدريب نماذجها. ونحتفظ بعدّاد استخدام بسيط (مُعرّف المستخدم وعدد الثواني المُعالَجة) لتطبيق حدود اشتراكك. أمّا الميزات المجانية على الجهاز فلا تُرسِل شيئًا إلى هذه الخوادم.

لا تتبّع ولا تحليلات ولا إعلانات

لا يحتوي iiStudio على أي أدوات تحليلات أو تقارير أعطال أو إعلانات أو شبكات إعلانية خارجية أو مُعرّفات تتبّع (لا IDFA ولا مطالبة App Tracking Transparency). لا نتتبّعك عبر التطبيقات أو المواقع، ولا نبيع بياناتك أبدًا.

الاشتراكات والدفع

تُدار اشتراكات «برو» وشراؤها بالكامل عبر Apple. لا يرى iiStudio بيانات الدفع أو البطاقة ولا يُخزّنها إطلاقًا.

الصور والوسائط والصورة الرمزية

يطلب التطبيق الإذن بالوصول إلى مكتبة الصور لغرض واحد: استيراد الوسائط التي تختارها أنت لإدراجها في تصميمك. لا نقرأ مكتبتك في الخلفية. وإذا سجّلت الدخول عبر Google، فقد تُنزَّل صورة ملفك الشخصي من Google إلى جهازك لاستخدامها كصورة رمزية، ولا يُعاد رفعها إلى أي مكان.

مع مَن نشارك بياناتك

لا نشارك بياناتك مع أطراف ثالثة إلا مع مزوّدي الخدمة اللازمين حصرًا لتشغيل الميزات التي تستخدمها: Firebase (تسجيل الدخول)، وOpenAI (التفريغ والترجمة، وللمشتركين في «برو» الذين يستخدمون هذه الميزات فقط)، وApple (الاشتراكات). يعالج كلٌّ منها ما تحتاجه ميزته فقط.

خياراتك وحذف بياناتك

يمكنك استخدام التطبيق دون حساب، ويمكنك تسجيل الخروج في أي وقت. ولطلب حذف حسابك والبيانات المرتبطة به، راسلنا على iistudio@aliiapps.app وسننفّذ طلبك.

الأذونات والفئة العمرية

تُستخدَم أذونات النظام (الصور، والكاميرا والميكروفون إن وُجدت) للغرض المُعلَن عند طلبها فقط، ويمكنك مراجعتها أو سحبها في أي وقت من إعدادات جهازك. وiiStudio تطبيق موجّه للجمهور العام (٤+) ولا يعرض محتوى مخصّصًا للبالغين.

Our approach to privacy

At iiStudio we believe your work and media belong to you alone. The app is built to run on your device; this policy explains, in plain language, what stays on your device and the few cases where data is sent to a server to power a feature you chose to use.

Your work stays on your device

All editing, design, montage, captions, fonts, and export happen and are stored only on your device. iiStudio does not upload your projects or media, or sync them to any server, and your results stay in your hands on the device.

Accounts are optional

You can use the core editing features without signing in — you can skip sign-in and go straight into the app. Signing in with Google or Apple is optional and is needed only for Premium cloud features. When you sign in, we receive your email address (which may be an Apple private-relay address if you choose Hide My Email), your display name, and a Firebase user ID. Apple provides your name only on your first sign-in. This information is stored on your device and in Firebase Authentication (a Google service) to keep you signed in and to enable Premium features. You can sign out at any time.

Premium captions and translation

When a signed-in Premium subscriber uses automatic captions or translation, the audio track of the selected video is sent to our processing server and then to OpenAI to produce the captions or translation. Specifically: your audio is not stored — it is processed and immediately discarded, and only a cryptographic fingerprint (a hash) is kept as a cache key. The resulting caption or translation text is cached for up to 30 days, tied to your account, for one purpose only: to avoid re-processing an identical request. It is never sold and never used for advertising. In line with OpenAI's API policy, data sent through the API is not used to train its models. We keep a simple usage counter (your user ID and the number of seconds processed) to enforce your subscription's limits. Free, on-device features never send anything to these servers.

No tracking, no analytics, no advertising

iiStudio contains no analytics, no crash-reporting, no advertising, no third-party ad networks, and no tracking identifiers (no IDFA and no App Tracking Transparency prompt). We do not track you across apps or websites, and we never sell your data.

Subscriptions and payments

Premium subscriptions are purchased and managed entirely through Apple. iiStudio never sees or stores your payment or card details.

Photos, media, and your avatar

The app requests photo-library access for one purpose: importing the media you choose to include in your design. We do not read your library in the background. If you sign in with Google, your Google profile photo may be downloaded to your device to use as your avatar; it is not re-uploaded anywhere.

Who your data is shared with

We do not share your data with third parties except the service providers strictly required to run the features you use: Firebase (sign-in), OpenAI (transcription and translation, and only for Premium users who use those features), and Apple (subscriptions). Each processes only what its feature needs.

Your choices and data deletion

You can use the app without an account, and you can sign out at any time. To request deletion of your account and associated data, contact us at iistudio@aliiapps.app and we will process your request.

Permissions and age rating

System permissions (Photos, and Camera and Microphone where applicable) are used only for the stated purpose at the time they are requested, and you can review or revoke them at any time in your device settings. iiStudio is a general-audience app (4+) and does not display adult content.
