باستخدامك تطبيق iiStudio فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط. إن لم توافق عليها، فيُرجى عدم استخدام التطبيق.
ملكية المحتوى الذي تُنشئه
المحتوى الذي تُصمّمه داخل iiStudio ملك لك بالكامل. لك مطلق الحرية في استخدامه استخدامًا شخصيًّا أو تجاريًّا ونشره على أي منصّة دون مقابل أو نسبة لنا.
حقوق الوسائط المستوردة
أنت وحدك مسؤول عن الوسائط التي تستوردها إلى التطبيق (الصور والمقاطع والخطوط والموسيقى)، ويجب أن تملك الحقوق اللازمة لاستخدامها. لا يتحمّل التطبيق أي مسؤولية عن انتهاك حقوق الغير الناتج عن موادّ استوردتها أنت.
الاستخدام المقبول
توافق على عدم استخدام التطبيق لإنتاج محتوى غير قانوني أو ينتهك حقوق الآخرين أو يخالف الأنظمة المعمول بها.
الاشتراكات المدفوعة
يوفّر التطبيق اشتراكات «برو» اختيارية ومشتريات داخل التطبيق. تُدار عمليات الشراء والتجديد عبر حسابك في App Store، ويتجدّد الاشتراك تلقائيًّا ما لم تُلغِه قبل نهاية الفترة الحالية بأربع وعشرين ساعة على الأقل. يمكنك إدارة اشتراكاتك أو إيقاف التجديد من إعدادات حسابك في App Store.
اتفاقية الاستخدام القياسية من Apple
يخضع استخدامك للتطبيق كذلك لاتفاقية ترخيص المستخدم النهائي القياسية من Apple (Apple Standard EULA)، ما لم تُوجد اتفاقية ترخيص مخصّصة تحلّ محلّها.
التطبيق كما هو
يُقدَّم iiStudio «كما هو» و«حسب توفّره» دون أي ضمانات صريحة أو ضمنية. نبذل جهدنا لتقديم تجربة موثوقة، لكننا لا نتحمّل المسؤولية عن أي فقدان للبيانات أو أضرار غير مباشرة قد تنشأ عن استخدام التطبيق ضمن الحدود التي يسمح بها القانون.
التحديثات والتغييرات
قد نُحدّث التطبيق وهذه الشروط من وقت لآخر لتحسين التجربة أو لمواكبة المتطلّبات النظامية. استمرارك في استخدام التطبيق بعد أي تحديث يعني موافقتك على النسخة المُحدَّثة.

Acceptance of terms
By using iiStudio you agree to these terms. If you do not agree to them, please do not use the app.
Ownership of the content you create
The content you design within iiStudio is entirely yours. You are completely free to use it personally or commercially and to publish it on any platform, at no cost and with no share owed to us.
Rights to imported media
You alone are responsible for the media you import into the app (images, clips, fonts, and music), and you must hold the rights necessary to use it. The app bears no responsibility for any infringement of others' rights resulting from material you imported.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the app to produce content that is unlawful, infringes the rights of others, or violates applicable regulations.
Paid subscriptions
The app offers optional Premium subscriptions and in-app purchases. Purchases and renewals are managed through your App Store account, and a subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it at least twenty-four hours before the end of the current period. You can manage your subscriptions or turn off renewal in your App Store account settings.
Apple Standard EULA
Your use of the app is also subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (Apple Standard EULA), unless a custom license agreement supersedes it.
The app is provided as is
iiStudio is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties, express or implied. We do our best to provide a reliable experience, but we are not liable for any data loss or indirect damages that may arise from using the app, to the extent permitted by law.
Updates and changes
We may update the app and these terms from time to time to improve the experience or to meet regulatory requirements. Your continued use of the app after any update means you accept the updated version.
